Point Floor Lamp Modular
The Modular Point Floor Lamp is the result of a collaboration between product designer Alex Buckman and Città's 3D design team, David Moreland and Nikolai Sorensen. Awarded a Gold Pin at New Zealand’s prestigious Best Design Awards in 2020.
The unique lamp makes a statement with its spherical hand-blown glass shades and pared-back aesthetic. This modular design consists of kitset parts to create a customised configuration. The kit contains a large shade, two small shades, connecting poles, and a base plate (see product details and video to learn more).
The shade is crafted by skilled artisans using traditional glass-blowing techniques. In the elaborate process, molten glass is handled on the end of a blowpipe and then mouth-blown into a fixed-shaped mould. This handcrafted nature may create some variations in colour.

Additional Information:
The LED has a warranty of 50,000 hours or 3 years. There are no replacement bulbs for this light. If the LED is faulty, the stem (including the LED) needs to be replaced. There may be small imperfections in the glass shade (such as small air bubbles or colour variations). We do not classify these as faults as they are due to the handcrafted nature of production. When creating your configuration, the total height must remain under 1750mm. This height restriction will result in spare part/s from your kitset - this is intentional as to not limit the flexibility of the design.
