Terms and Conditions
1. The Customer
1.1 The Customer is the party specified as the buyer at check out.
2. Product Supply
2.1 Please note we offer on the Città website only items that are in stock. However if items are found to be out of stock for any reason, all payments made by the Customer for that item will be refunded within 5 working days and not held for future stock.
3. Website Information
3.1 We make every effort to ensure the information on this website is up to date and correct at the time it was loaded onto the website. Please contact us at shop@cittadesign.com if any inconsistencies are found.
4. Cancelling Orders
4.1 Orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been made. If you process an order in error please contact customer services at shop@cittadesign.com
5. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993/Claims
5.1 Where the Customer is not a consumer as defined in Section 2 of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Act shall not apply to the supply of product or services.
5.2 The liability of the Company whether in contract or in tort for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from any defect or non-compliance of the goods supplied is limited to replacement or repair of such goods or damages not exceeding the invoice value of such defective or non-complying goods at the option of the Company. The Company shall not be liable for any consequential indirect or special damage or loss of any kind whatsoever. The description of goods in the order is given as an aid in identification of the goods and it is not a condition of supply that the goods shall correspond precisely with the description given or that colors shall match samples exactly.
6. Ownership
6.1 Ownership in the goods shall remain vested in the Company until the Customer has made payment in full for all sums owing by the Customer to the Company or if payment rescinded. Until ownership passes to the Customer, the Company may repossess any or all of the goods supplied by entering the Customer's premises where such goods are reasonably thought to be stored.
7. Payments
7.1 We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Afterpay. We also accept Visa and Mastercard Debit cards. We do not accept cash on delivery, EFTPOS, cheques, and direct credit.
7.2 For your safety, payments are processed on an independent secure hosted website. Provider details available on the payment screen.
8. Currency/GST
8.1 Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Your credit card will be billed in NZD. If you are using an International credit card, please check with your credit card provider for exchange rates and applicable fees. GST must be included for all goods delivered in New Zealand.
9. Availability
9.1 Product availability may vary between stores. Please check in with your local store to determine whether your product of choice is available or contact us.
10. Promotion
10.1 We reserve the right to exclude certain products and/or geography from our promotions.

11. Spring at Città Promotion 2024
Celebrate the arrival of spring with our limited-time offer. Shop in-store or online to be eligible for one of three gifts. Full terms and conditions are outlined below.
11.1 To be eligible, you must spend a minimum of $200 on qualifying full-priced products from Città or Città Essentials during the promotional period.
11.2 The promotion is available online at www.cittadesign.com and in-store at Città and Città Essentials locations. Excludes third-party retailers.
11.3 If purchasing online, the promo code GIFTSPRING must be entered at checkout. Once applied, the gift will be added to the shopping cart before proceeding to payment.
11.4 For qualifying purchases online and in Città stores, there are three tiered gifts available:
Purchases of $200 or more are eligible to receive a free Mae hand towel (worth $39.90). The design is available in two colourways: butternut/butter and avocado/jaffa.
Purchases of $400 or more are eligible to receive a free Cabin beach towel (worth $109). The design is available in two colourways: spirulina/multi and midnight/multi.
Purchases of $1000 or more are eligible to receive a free Rothko throw (worth $309).
11.5 For qualifying purchases at Città Essentials stores, there are two tiered gifts available:
Purchases of $100 or more are eligible to receive two (2x) free Heavy Cotton tea towels (worth $21.80 total). The design is available in three colourways: grey/white, navy/white, and olive/white.
Purchases of $200 or more are eligible to receive one of two gifts:
A free Canvas tote bag (worth $44.90). The design is available in two colourways: navy and black.
Or, a 500ml Terra liquid Marseille soap (worth $28.90), and a 1L Terra liquid Marseille soap refill (worth $36.90). The soaps are available in two fragrances: green olive and lemon verbena.
11.6 The promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or discount, including the purchase of sale products.
11.7 Online orders eligible for the Mae hand towel and Cabin beach towel will have colours selected at random. Customers may indicate their colour preference in the delivery note field. Città will do its best to fulfil selections, however, this is based on availability at the time of purchase.
11.8 The promotional period commences on Friday, 13 September 2024 and ends at 11:59pm NZST on Friday, 11 October 2024.
11.9 Gift selection is subject to change at the discretion of Città, based on specific availability.
11.10 In the event that a specified gift is unavailable, Città reserves the right to substitute the gift with a similar item of equal or greater value, at its discretion.
11.11 The promotion is open to New Zealand and Australian residents.
11.12 Purchases must be made in a single transaction and does not include the purchase of Città Gift Cards or any shipping fees associated with your purchase.
11.13 Customers can trade down for a lower-tier gift if preferred. If purchasing online, customers may indicate their gift preference in the delivery note field.
11.14 Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
11.15 There is a limit of one gift per qualifying transaction. Customers may make multiple qualifying purchases during the promotion, but only one gift per transaction is allowed.
11.16 The promotion excludes any purchases, orders, or deposits made prior to the promotional period.
11.17 Should the qualifying purchase be returned for a refund, the corresponding gift must also be returned.
11.18 For made-to-order furniture items, a gift will be issued against payments paid within the promotional period. Any payments made outside this period will not qualify for a gift.
11.19 The promotion is not available in addition to traditional discounting structures, such as wholesale, commercial, or staff accounts.
11.20 Città reserves the right to disqualify any individual who breaches any of these Terms and Conditions or other improper misconduct to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion
