Eligibility

1. To be eligible, secure an apartment within Amaia Takapuna during the promotional period and receive a “Amaia Takapuna x Città Promotional Voucher” valued between $10,000 and $30,000.

2. The value of the “Amaia Takapuna x Città Promotional Voucher” issued depends on the configuration and price of the apartment sold. Amaia Takapuna reserves the right to determine the allocation

3. The promotional period ends once voucher allocation has been exhausted or expires.

4. The “Amaia Takapuna x Città Promotional voucher” gifted will have a six-month expiry from the date of issue. Città will have no liability for the recipient’s failure to redeem the “Amaia Takapuna x Città Promotional Voucher” after the expiry date.

5. “Amaia Takapuna x Città Promotional Voucher” will be issued as a physical voucher, presented to you by an Amaia Takapuna representative following settlement of your property.

6. “The “Amaia Takapuna x Città Promotional Voucher” can be redeemed online at www.cittadesign.com and instore at Città and Città Essentials locations. Excludes third-party retailers.

7. The “Amaia Takapuna x Città Promotional Voucher” is not eligible for use on Città’s Australian or United States/International websites. Online purchases must be made on Città’s New Zealand website, with shipping to a New Zealand address. 

8. The “Amaia Takapuna x Città Promotional Voucher” cannot be used in conjunction with any other Città promotion, including but not limited to, “Our Gift To You”.

9. The “Amaia Takapuna x Città Promotional Voucher” is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase a “Città Gift Card”.

10. The “Amaia Takapuna x Città Promotional Voucher” cannot be applied to previous purchases, existing orders, or existing deposits.

11. Should an item purchased using a “Amaia Takapuna x Città Promotional Voucher” be returned, a replacement item or credit will be issued. Any credit issued will have an expiry date in line with the original expiry date (as noted in Point 4 above).

12. The “Amaia Takapuna x Città Promotional Voucher” cannot be used in conjunction with traditional discounting structures, such as wholesale, commercial, or staff accounts.

13. Città reserves the right to disqualify any individual who breaches any of these Terms and Conditions or other improper misconduct to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.

 

Definitions

“Amaia Takapuna x Città Promotional Voucher”. A voucher given away in accordance with Amaia Takapuna’s promotion run by Città. These cards are gifted to customers in accordance with the above terms and conditions.

“Città Gift Card”. A purchased gift card from Città that equates to the equivalent to New Zealand, Australian, or United States dollar displayed. These items have no expiry date and are valid tender.
