Behind the scenes: Città Commercial showroom launch party

Last week, we were thrilled to unveil our commercial showroom with a vibrant launch party. The evening was a chance to connect with friends of Città while celebrating the beautiful new space.

The spacious showroom is located in the heart of Mount Eden, sitting below our design studio and support office. The industrial setting pairs painted cinder-block walls with polished concrete floors. Exposed beams demonstrate the scale of the expansive showroom. The space is appropriately softened with our award-winning furniture and lighting.

Commercial customers can view and be inspired by our diverse collections. By experiencing the designs first-hand, we can help customers envision a fit-out solution for their unique projects.

To ensure our designs withstand residential and commercial environments alike, we prioritise quality materials with a focus on longevity and sustainability. This includes the lengthy and involved processes to meet industry certifications.

All our weight-bearing furniture pieces are BIFMA-tested for durability. We use timber certified by Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), organic cotton certified by Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), and feathers certified by the Responsible Down Standard (RDS).

In addition, we partner with reputable manufacturers and craftspeople. As a company in its 35th year, we are proud that some of these trusted relationships span multiple decades.

Alongside our celebrated New Zealand designs, we also hold distribution rights for world-renowned brands, including Vitra, Artek, Anglepoise, and Stelton.

It’s been a gratifying journey to bring our showroom to life and we loved the opportunity to share it with others at our launch.
