Dialogue & Claret Sofa

Cameron Foggo is a New Zealand–Australian furniture designer based in Byron Bay. Since establishing his studio in 2007, he has designed for a range of international furniture brands and also serves as an art director. He describes his design typical typology as “linear, light, elegant, and mid-century-inspired.”

As a second-generation designer who grew up in Ōtautahi, Christchurch, Cameron’s connection to Città runs deep. In the early 1990s, his mother and Città founder Margot Acland travelled the world together sourcing products—laying the foundation of the brand as it is today.

Now, decades later, Cameron brings his own design perspective to Città. He has collaborated with our in-house team to create two distinctive sofa designs: Dialogue and Claret.

Reflecting on the process, Cameron says: “I believe it’s important to stay open to the perspective of others, try different things, and enjoy the process of problem-solving—which is what design is at its core.”
