Terms & conditions: our gift to you promotion 2023

We’re celebrating Christmas with Our Gift To You promotion. From now until Christmas Eve, you’ll receive a promotional voucher to the value of $50 for every multiple of $200 spent. Use the voucher for yourself or give it as a special Christmas present. See full terms and conditions below.

ELIGIBILITY

1. To be eligible, you must spend a minimum of $200 on qualifying products from Città during the promotional period.

2. The promotion is open to New Zealand, Australian and United States residents.

3. The promotion is available online at www.cittadesign.com and in-store at Città and Città Essentials locations. Excludes third-party retailers.

4. The promotional period commences on Friday, 17 November 2023 and ends at 11:59pm NZST on Sunday, 24 December 2023.

5. “Promotional Voucher/s” gifted during this period will have a six-month expiry, becoming invalid from Monday, 1 July 2024. Città will have no liability for the recipient’s failure to redeem the “Promotional Voucher/s” before the expiry date.

6. “Promotional Voucher/s” are issued as a physical voucher. For in-store purchases, the “Promotional Voucher/s” will be presented to you during your transaction. For online purchases, the “Promotional Voucher/s” will be included in your dispatched order.

7.  Purchases over $200 must be made in a single transaction and does not include any shipping fees associated with your purchase.

8. The “Promotional Voucher/s” is to be redeemed in the same country as your original qualifying purchase.

9. Transactions using a “Promotional Voucher/s” as payment method during the promotional period are excluded from receiving an additional “Promotional Voucher”.

10. Purchases of any “Città Gift Card” during the promotional period are excluded from receiving a “Promotional Voucher/s”.

11. “Promotional Voucher/s” cannot be used to purchase a “Città Gift Card”.

12. The promotion excludes any purchases or orders prior to the promotional period.

13. There is no limit on the value of qualifying products purchased and value of “Promotional Vouchers” issued.

14. Should the qualifying transaction be returned for refund, the “Promotional Voucher/s” issued will be voided. If the qualifying order is returned for a refund and the corresponding “Promotional Voucher/s” have been redeemed, the total value of the “Promotional Voucher/s” will be deducted from the amount refunded.

15. The promotion is not available in addition to traditional discounting structures, such as wholesale, commercial, or staff accounts.

16. Città reserves the right to disqualify any individual who breaches any of these Terms and Conditions or other improper misconduct to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.

DEFINITIONS

“Città Gift Card”. A purchased gift card from Città that equates to the equivalent to New Zealand, Australian, or United States dollar displayed. These items have no expiry date and are valid tender.

“Promotional Voucher”. A voucher given away in accordance with the “Our Gift To You” promotion run by Città from Friday, 17 November 2023 to Sunday, 24 December 2023. These cards are gifted to customers in accordance with the above terms and conditions.
