terms & conditions: our gift to you promotion

ELIGIBILITY

1.    To be eligible, you must spend a minimum of $200 on qualifying products from Città during the promotional period.

2.    The promotion is open to New Zealand and Australian residents, except Città employees and their immediate families.

3.    The promotional period commences on Thursday, 1 December 2022 and ends at 11:59pm NZST on Saturday, 24 December 2022.

4.    Promotional vouchers gifted during this period will have a six-month expiry, becoming invalid from 1st July, 2023. Città will have no liability for the recipient’s failure to redeem the “Promotional Voucher” before the expiry date.

5.    Purchases over $200 must be made in a single transaction.

6.    Promotion excludes any already discounted product or items paid with “Promotional Vouchers”.

7.    Excludes any purchases or orders prior to the promotional dates

8.    Excludes Città Outlets, Essentials stores or third-party retailers.

9.    Any “Città Gift Card” purchased during the promotion dates are excluded from receiving a “Promotional Voucher”.

10.    Transactions using “Città Gift Card” as payment are eligible for the promotional vouchers.

11.    No limit on value of product purchased and value of “Promotional Vouchers” issued.

12.    Should the qualifying transaction be returned for refund, the promotional voucher/s issued will be voided. If the qualifying order is returned for a refund and the corresponding promotional voucher/s have been redeemed, their total value will be deducted from the amount refunded.

13.    Città reserves the right to disqualify any individual who breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or other improper misconduct to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition.

 

DEFINITIONS:

Città Gift Card – A purchased gift card from Città, which equates to the equivalent to New Zealand or Australian Dollar displayed. These items have no expiry date and are valid tender.

Promotional Voucher – A voucher given away in line with the “our gift to you” promotion run by Città from 1st – 24th December 2022. These cards are gifted to customers in line with the above terms and conditions.
